Job Description
Looking for a BIM Manager to lead our digital construction initiatives. This senior role will set BIM standards, manage the BIM team, and liaise with clients on project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans
- Set BIM standards and workflows
- Manage team of 5+ BIM coordinators and modelers
- Client liaison on BIM requirements
- Quality assurance on all BIM deliverables
Requirements:
- 8+ years of BIM experience with 2+ years in management
- Expert level Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360
- Experience with BIM execution plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- PMP or similar project management certification a plus
