Job Description
We need an MEP BIM Engineer to support our mechanical and electrical teams. You will be responsible for creating coordinated MEP models and resolving clashes with architectural and structural models.
Responsibilities:
- Create MEP BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform and resolve clash detection
- Coordinate with architects and structural engineers
- Produce construction-ready drawings from models
Requirements:
- 3+ years of MEP BIM experience
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks
- Understanding of MEP systems and codes
- Strong problem-solving skills
